We will exchange any product where it is a question of size or fit and where that product has not been worn or tried on more than would be the case in the normal retail environment, and where such physical evaluation has not degenerated the product from new condition or affected its appearance or construction in any way.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange where we feel damage (whether visible or invisible) has been sustained to a product or where we believe the product has been worn other than for the purposes of trying on.
