As with previous textile jackets from Furygan their uniqueness has always been the cut and fit - some say the only 'good looking' weatherprooofs on the market - and for 2010 the styling just got better but with a whole lot of technical innovations to boot. For example, the top of the range Vertigo, Ghost, Orona and Impact feature external armour moulded on, as well as the de rigeur elbow and shloulder protectors so that even if the internal cups rotate, the external armour has already cushioned the blow at point of impact.The genius of this is that these jackets can then either be worn over a leather with all the lining and internal armour removed for the summer, or be worn as a full alternative to leather with two layers of defense, making jackets like the top-of-the-range Vertigo every bit as protective as full cowhide.
